Cikgu, as most of my friends, trainers and trainees alike call me, have been involved in grooming and certifying developers since 1998. I first program wrote a program in 1983. Developed and deployed my first commercial application in 1988. I have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1999.
I have worked in many companies from small to large organization. Some are small companies while others are listed companies (Formis and Lityan). I have also work in a government link company (Petronas) and a multinational company (Dell). I was an expatriate in Saudi Arabia. My diverse application portfolio came from multiple industrial sector ranging from Banking and Finance, Stock Exchange, Oil and Gas, Telecommunication and government agencies applications. These include database centric capture and store application, point of sales, workflow, HR, CRM and web portals. These gave me tremendous understanding of their diverse cultures and corporate ethics.
I continuously seek to update my knowledge with the latest technology developments. I hold on to the principle of willingly sharing my project practices and consultation experiences with my collegues and trainees. I always believe that there is no limit to learning.
Learning happens everywhere and it is never ending, even while teaching.
And if whatever trees upon the earth were pens and the sea [was ink], replenished thereafter by seven [more] seas, the words of Allah would not be exhausted. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
